Welcome to Marginprice.com, you can read our Returns & Refund Policy before placing any online order so that you can be confident about what you are doing. 

Returns Policy :

We always require photos and video proof to investigate with the courier company and packing department.

We will not hear any complaint after 24 hours about wrong/incorrect / opened parcel delivery received by you. So you should register a complaint with us within 24 hours by email only (sales @marginprice.com

Return and Refunds for Accessories -

We do not accept returns for remotes, AV or HDMI cables, batteries, or any parts. Because we always send it after testing but still it is dead on arrival we can still replace it provided this case is reported within 24-48 hours, but order cancellation for this reason/ Refunds cannot be made. Kindly note that there is no warranty on LNB, Switches, and dB meters, We try to mention warrantee and guarantee-related information in each product's description.

Return Shipping Service: 

We do not provide return shipping service or return shipping labels, you have to send your product using your courier service, another side we will send it to you without asking for any shipping charges.

Warning: If your return is approved, then Before dispatching please check all its accessories, your return may be rejected for incorrect return or incomplete accessories dispatched by you. It will be dispatched to you or it will be sent for scrap.


Refund Policy :

Your order will be refunded if you return items approved or received in the same condition.

For defect-related issues, we will issue a refund, and we will service the item, if not serviceable then we will provide a replacement. If replacement is not available then your order will be approved for refund.

If you have rejected your order at the time of delivery then shipping charges will be deducted and the remaining amount will be refunded to you.

If you have provided the wrong mobile number or wrong address then shipping charges will be deducted and the remaining amount will be refunded to you or we will re-dispatch to you at no extra cost.

We will refund your order using the same method as you have paid, we can not use any other method. Only a Cash on Delivery (COD) order will be refunded using UPI or in the form of Rewards Point.
